During this half-day Intensive, Service Provider agrees to devote a 3-hour block to the work that will be detailed and ranked by priority in the days leading up to the Intensive. Following completion, Service Provider will record a post-intensive wrap-up video that walks through the work that was done and provides any pertinent instructions and information the Client will need going forward. (Sometimes this will be in the form of shorter videos recorded throughout the Mini Intensive, depending on the nature of the work.)

Work will be performed remotely on the scheduled date during the 3-hour time slot chosen by Client when booking.

For 14 days following the Intensive, the Client will be able to message Service Provider via the Google Chat Space with any questions or concerns about the work that was performed during the Intensive, and will receive a reply via message or video tutorials.

This support does not cover additional work that exceeds what was done during the Intensive. If the Client has additional work that needs to be performed, Client will have the option to book another half-day or full-day Intensive. 

Payment for these services will be to Service Provider at the rate of $600. Services in addition to the scheduled Intensive will be made available by Service Provider at the current daily or half-day rate, and will be billed separately. 

Client understands that any written statements, images, audio recordings or video recordings of Client while participating in the intensive and made on behalf of the Service Provider may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting the Service Provider. Client authorizes the Service Provider to use their name, brief biographical information, and the written or recorded statements/testimonials. Sensitive business information such as revenue figures will be blurred. 

This purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable but may be changed to another date one time with 7 days prior written notice. If the Client gives notice expressing the desire to reschedule, the original payment may - at the Service Provider’s discretion - be applied to a new booking at the current intensive rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate. 

The Client acknowledges that if on the day of the Intensive the Service Provider discovers information that wasn’t provided, additional access that needs to be granted, or anything else that’s required in order to proceed, and the Client does not respond to messages in a timely manner, the Service Provider will not postpone the work and continue it on a different day without an additional booking.
